Cancellation & Booking Policy

Note: Maskan by Rafiqi Estates accepts both direct bookings (via WhatsApp/phone) and bookings through Airbnb. Cancellation terms differ depending on how you book. Please read both sections below.
Direct Bookings (WhatsApp / Phone / Email)
Any advance payment made at the time of booking is generally not refunded if you cancel. That said, we understand that plans sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances — in such cases, we are happy to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
If your plans change, please WhatsApp us as early as possible. We will always try to work something out.
How to Confirm a Direct Booking
A booking is confirmed when we have agreed on dates and apartment in writing (WhatsApp or email). An advance payment may be requested depending on the length of stay and season. We will confirm this with you at the time of booking.
Airbnb Bookings
If you book through Airbnb, the cancellation terms shown on the Airbnb listing at the time of your booking apply. All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Airbnb platform, and refunds are handled by Airbnb according to their terms.

House Rules
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
- No smoking inside the apartments. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear.
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM — the host and other guests live on the same premises.
